藝術家駐場計劃
觀自在彼岸贊助四個藝術家參加2015年的駐場計劃，使這個項目有益於參與者，而且進一步支持中國和英國的文化交流。兩個來自不同國家的藝術家將互相交流，一起在文化機構工作，他們在那裡將會獲得當地的資源和聯繫。駐場計劃的目的在於向藝術家提供機會，讓他們去探索新實驗，發展新作品和經歷新的文化和分享經驗。
四位藝術家是：Lucy Clout, 黃炳, Daniel Shanken和施政。這個項目的讚助機構是Centre for Chinese Contemporary Art (英國), Cinecity + Phoenix Brighton (英國), 視界藝術中心(中國), 聯同新時線媒體藝術中心(中國), 和武漢K11藝術村(中國)。

Daniel Shanken
Daniel Shanken is a Hungarian artist from Los Angeles, CA, living and working in London, UK. After receiving his BFA from Art Center in Pasadena, he completed his MFA at Goldsmiths College in 2012. Recent work has been shown at 17 Gallery, London; The Dye House, Peckham; S1 Artspace, Sheffield; and Lodge Park National Trust. His work moves between mediums and is primarily time-based.
武漢K11藝術村
K11致力於發展年輕藝術家之間視覺藝術丶設計丶多媒體和音樂等方面的交流，嘗試著讓民眾的居住成為藝術化生活的藍本和場所，將藝術與商業空間丶生活社區進行一種有效的結合，從而為普通的社會大眾提供近距離接觸藝術的機會。一方面，K11希望藉由藝術空間的展覽和交流活動，為能夠讓喜歡藝術卻沒有雄厚經濟支持的年輕藝術家能夠有一個展示自己的平台，去發現那些有熱情，有思想，有獨到觀念的年輕藝術家。另一方面有探索精神的年輕藝術家以展覽場所及工作室的形式進入生活的場所，開展普通民眾可參與的藝術活動，K11將藝術引入社區，實現藝術丶人文丶自然的和諧之美。
對於武漢本土年輕藝術家而言，不僅是獲得了一個理想的藝術創作空間，更為關鍵的是進入到了K11的全國及國際平台，獲得了創作資源丶展示機會丶媒體宣傳丶交流及作品銷售管道丶公眾認知丶以致作品銷售的機會。

Lucy Clout
Lucy Clout’s previous work has investigated the experience of viewing performance, interrogating the communicative aspects of the physical and social relationships between the audience and the art-object/performer. She graduated from the Royal College of Art with an MA in Sculpture in 2009, and has exhibited in commercial and non-commercial spaces in the UK and internationally.
視界藝術中心
位於上海市M50創意園區的“視界藝術中心”（V ART CENTER）成立於2010年，它是附屬於復旦大學上海視覺藝術學院（SIVA）的非盈利空間，由美術學院副院長、知名當代藝術家丁乙擔任藝術總監，中心位於3號樓和6號樓的兩個展廳。 “視界藝術中心”的核心理念是：對各類正在發生、發展的藝術觀念、形式語言、表達方法提供實驗和交流的平台。
新時線媒體藝術中心
新時線媒體藝術中心（CAC）成立於2013年，系國內首家致力於媒體藝術之展示、研究/創作及學術交流的非營利性藝術機構。通過展覽、駐留、獎學金、講座、工作坊及相關文獻的梳理與出版，CAC為媒體藝術在全球語境中的論述、生產及傳播開拓了一個多樣化且富有活力的平台。 CAC以批判地介入不斷改變進而重塑當代經驗的媒體技術來推動藝術創新及文化認知。
施政與Phoenix Brighton和英國布賴頓大學的Cinecity

1990年出生,2014年畢業於中國美術學院跨媒體藝術學院,作為媒體藝術家,作品主要涉及實驗音樂、影像、以及Audio-Visual裝置和現場演出,沉迷於虛擬空間地形的聯覺藝術創作。2013年與能火、王志鵬、翁巍成立媒體藝術小組RMBit。
作為個人以及RMBit小組曾多次參加國內外重要媒體藝術展覽及演出,包括中國聲音藝術大展2014(香港),中國聲音藝術大展2013(上海),FILE Electronic LanguageInterna-tional Festival 2014(聖保羅),奧地利電子藝術節2012(林茲),奧地利電子藝術節2015(林茲)。
Phoenix Brighton
Phoenix Arts Association Ltd (trading as Phoenix Brighton) is a charitable (not-for-profit) arts organisation based in central Brighton.
Its charitable objectives are:
- The promotion of the arts
- Advancement of public education in the appreciation, production and practice of the arts, particularly in the towns of Brighton & Hove, and in other areas of Sussex
- To relieve poor artists by providing workspace and studio facilities and by the provision of advice in artist development seminars.
Phoenix provides 100+ studio spaces, short-term project space for hire by community groups and supports a gallery and education programme which bring together professional artists and the general public in a friendly and creative environment.
Cinecity
CINECITY is a partnership between the Duke of York’s Picturehouse, Screen Archive South East and the University of Brighton. We deliver a year-round programme of film and moving image events, screenings and exhibitions and present the annual CINECITY The Brighton Film Festival, the region’s major celebration of film. Our patrons include Nick Cave, Paddy Considine, Steve Coogan, John Hillcoat and Henry Normal.
CINECITY celebrates its 13th edition of the festival in November 2014 with the very best in international cinema and a global mix of premieres and previews, artists’ cinema and installations, treasures from the archive, retrospectives, free education screenings and events, talks and debates.
